- Voted top Technical Recruiter at Amazon out of 125 Agencies & Headhunters for filling their SDE II & III roles - I was later invited to Amazon's HQ in Seattle twice, to meet the Recruiting and Engineering teams to work on special recruiting projects for them, and paid upfront in incentive bonuses which I comfortably met and exceeded.
- Between 2019-2023 (3 years), I was the Principal Engineering Recruiter (Contract-to-Perm) at EarnIn, an exciting "Series C" FinTech startup in Palo Alto, California. During my time at EarnIn, I sourced and closed about 100 Software Engineers (mainly Senior to Staff level).
