How to engage for any role - $2,995 retainer + bonus
1. Firstly, let's take care of the legal stuff and retainer payment
- HireEng sends a one-page agreement which is to be signed by both parties
- Once signed, HireEng will invoice for the initial $2,995 retainer
- Once the retainer is paid, our Founder (who is also our Lead IT/Engineering Recruiter) will schedule a kick-off meeting
2. Kick-off meeting - HireEng sets up initial phone/video meeting
- Schedule initial 20-30 minute call with your Hiring Manager and our Founder
- Review job role/description in more detail with Hiring Manager
- Discuss the technical details of the position with the Hiring Manager
- Profile qualified candidates and create screening threshold
- Establish pre-screening threshold & other key attributes needed for the role
- Review and fine tune company & recruiting pitch, to attract qualified candidates
- Follow up with the Hiring Manager to further refine as needed
3. Candidate profiled, now Sourcing Mechanism is fully engaged
- Source candidates from our proprietary database of IT/Engineering candidates
- Source from other job boards, while tapping into our extensive network of candidates, including social networks, forums & user groups
- Heavy warm & targeted cold calling with follow up
- Targeted email invitations reaching out to many viable candidates and more
4. All interested Candidates are pre-screened at 3 different Levels
- 1st Level Screening - As candidates show genuine interest, we review their resume in detail to determine if they look to be a good fit
- 2nd Level Screening - We talk to each viable candidate and perform a technical screening
- 3rd Level Screening - Other screening points include education, location, eligibility, communication, availability and general all-round attitude
5. We submit Interested & Qualified Candidates to you
- Only the qualified and interested Candidates are submitted to you
- Each candidate will have a brief summary of why they could be a fit ( see our Candidate HotList )
- If the Hiring Manager is interested, then please move forward with the candidate as per your internal process
6. The Ball is now in your Court
- We've done the heavy legwork. Now we urge you to act quickly on these hot candidates!

7. We will continue to source & screen over the next 60 days
- We will work diligently with you over the next 60 days to help make your hire happen
8. Hire
- For each HireEng candidate hired, HireEng will invoice for an additional "incentive bonus" equivalent to a 9% commission of the first year's base salary (comes with a 60-day guarantee)
